Pripyat. Fog

Pripyat. Fog

January, 24th, 2009. Pripyat. Outdoors is about zero. Thaw. From above it is continuous pour a drizzle and underfoot - snowdrifts of thawing snow. Humidity such that before each shot it is necessary to wipe a camera objective for a long time.

I thought a long while that I will write about this trip... And, I have decided not to write anything. It just simply photos of the empty thrown city. Today it - foggy, snow-covered, rainy, sleepy and melancholic.

There are three of us: me (i.e. Yevgen Goncharenko), Kolya Kolomiets (we already somehow walked with him across Pripyat and vicinities in the autumn of 2006) and Geneva Matveeva (the girl with a surprising name who almost every month comes to the Zone from the far Russian city Ekaterinburg (Yekaterinburg)).
